Save the Date: Princeton Academy to Perform "Bugsy Malone" Musical

PASH is inviting the community to come and enjoy an evening of laughter and drama at Princeton Academy's fifth annual musical production. Next week, our students will be performing the musical "Bugsy Malone."

Set as a film noir spoof of the Prohibition Era during the Roaring '20s, "Bugsy Malone" follows a group of rival gangs trying to outwit one another. However, it's up to a washed-up boxer-turned-penniless-boxing promoter to intervene.

This year's Princeton Academy musical production features the talent of our students in addition to the talent of a few students from Stuart Country Day School. This dynamic collaboration is the first since Princeton Academy's "Oliver!"

With musical direction by Princeton Academy music teacher Jonathan Britt, stage direction by '05 Princeton Academy alum Bradley Wilson and choreography by Dina Christie, a Princeton Academy and Stuart parent, "Bugsy Malone" promises to be a family-friendly evening of song and dance for everyone to enjoy.

The musical will take place at Stuart Country Day School at 1200 Stuart Road, Princeton, NJ 08540. There will be three opportunities to see the show: the opening night on Friday, Jan. 24 at 7 p.m. and then 2 and 7 p.m. the next day on Saturday, Jan. 25.

All tickets are $5. For your convenience, you can go here to reserve tickets in advance.

We hope to see everyone there!
