Princeton, Avalon Bay Reach Agreement on Residential Units

Avalon Bay had filed a lawsuit when the town mandated additional environmental testing in May, according to the Princeton Packet.

Avalon Bay has reached an agreement with Princeton to build 280 residential units on the old hospital site, the Princeton Packet reports.

The agreement is pending council approval.
