Princeton Council to Consider Avalon Bay Settlement Monday Night

Avalon Bay has reached an agreement with Princeton to build 280 residential units on the old hospital site. It is pending council approval.

A settlement between Avalon Bay and Princeton is the only item listed for tonight’s council meeting, 6 p.m. in the main council room.

Council will meet in a closed session at 6 p.m., with the regularly scheduled meeting set to begin at 7 p.m.
