Princeton Council Passes an Anti-Corruption Resolution
It became the first municipality in the country to adopt an Anti-Corruption Resolution sponsored by Represent.Us Monday night.
Princeton became the first municipality in the United States to adopt an Anti-Corruption Resolution promoted by Represent.Us, a national movement aimed at defeating corruption by supporting financial innovations.
Susan Colby, a co-team leader of the New Jersey District 12 chapter of Represent.Us., spoke at the Princeton council meeting Monday night.
The council granted support to the organization’s reforms, which are still being analyzed and discussed by Congress.

The U.S. Representatives from the 12th Congressional District will be expected to consider those issues this fall, including The American Anti-Corruption Act sponsored by Represent.Us.
