Princeton Council: We Need More Information on Post Office Sale
LCOR Ventures is buying the former Post Office building at Palmer Square. Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Princeton Council would like more information on how LCOR Ventures plans to use the former Post Office building in Palmer Square as the sides finalize their deal, the Princeton Packet reports.
Council President Bernard Miller said he believes the building should become a store, restaurant, or some other type of building the public can use, according to the report. Councilwoman Jenny Crumiler said she believes the town should use its power to influence how the building is used.
The Postal Service is set to give the town $10,000 for new easements, as well as the continuance of old ones that have been in existence for about 83 years, according to the report. That would not be the case once the Post Office building is sold. Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
