Princeton To Look At Speeding Issues In Town

The public is invited to come out and speak about speeding and traffic issues on their individual roadways during a special meeting Oct. 21.

PRINCETON, NJ — Is speeding an issue on your roadway? Residents are invited to attend the Princeton Mayor and Council's special meeting on Monday, Oct. 21 to address speeding and other traffic issues in town.

The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. in the Witherspoon Main Room, Witherspoon Hall, 400 Witherspoon St., in Princeton to discuss transportation issues.

The council will look at traffic data and hear from the public about speeding and traffic issues on their individual roadways to "come up with data-driven solutions to speeding in some areas of town."

Solutions such as lowering speed limits or installing speed tables will also be looked at.
