Princeton May Limit Allowed Uses For Princeton University's Butler Tract Graduate Housing Complex
Council may consider an ordinance this fall to allow for only residential uses.

Princeton, NJ -- Princeton Council could consider an ordinance this fall to change the way Princeton University’s Butler tract graduate housing complex is zoned, the Princeton Packet reports.
At this time, Princeton University can put whatever it wants that can be considered an educational use there, but the possible ordinance would limit that to residential use, according to the report.
Residents in the area have asked that Nassau Hall be limited in what it is permitted to build, and the university has said it intends to redevelop the property for residences anyway.
