Princeton Pub Celebrates 41 Years With Alchemist After Dark Event
The event takes place Tuesday night, Aug. 4.

Alchemist & Barrister will celebrate 41 years in Princeton with a special celebration of the beers of summer and the craftsmen who brew them.
The pub, which opened in 1974, will host its Alchemist After Dark celebration on Tuesday, Aug. 4, 9 p.m.-1 a.m.
Spellbound Brewing of Mount Holly will be on hand to showcase their flagship beer, IPA. Also on tap will be Shock Top Lemon Shandy at $5 each. The A&B’s own Sangria will be offered at $5 a glass as well, and shooters are priced at $2. Musician Mike Tusay will play throughout the evening.

The A&B now has 50 beers on tap, including several artisanal brews from New Jersey.
Executive Chef/Owner, Arthur Kukoda, has introduced many new dishes to the American food menu with Irish, Asian and Latin American specialties.

“August is the ideal month to give our patrons a taste of the most refreshing and innovative summer beers,” Kukoda said. “We also want to celebrate our industry partners, the craftsmen who brew them.”
The evening is also planned so that many of Princeton’s bartenders and servers,who usually have Tuesday nights free, can enjoy a special night off at the A&B.
Alchemist and Barrister is located at 28 Witherspoon Street in Princeton.
