Princeton’s Bent Spoon Named Among World's Best Ice Cream Stores

PRINCETON, NJ — There's always a new flavor to try at The Bent Spoon, and the ice cream shop never fails to win accolades.

Earlier this week, The Bent Spoon was named among “the world’s greatest ice cream stores” by Financial Times.

The list was compiled based on reader feedback.

“Handmade classic and experimental flavours. Where else will you find basil [and] cicada chip ice cream alongside corn, coffee, vanilla and everything else?” a reader said.

Founded by Gabrielle Carbone and Matthew Errico, the artisanal ice cream store is located in Palmer Square.
