Princeton’s Community Park Amphitheater To Host Storytelling Day
Nine storytellers from New Jersey will be present to tell tales to all kinds of listeners at this free event on Saturday.
PRINCETON, NJ — The New Jersey Storytelling Network (NJSN) will be hosting its annual festival in Princeton on Saturday. And this time, the meeting will be in person.
NJSN is made up of individuals and organizations that work to advance the art of storytelling in all forms within the community. On Saturday at the Community Park Amphitheater, from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., nine practitioners of the art will be present to tell tales to all kinds of listeners.
This year’s theme is “Stories That Connect Us.” During the last half hour, attendees can throw their names in a hat, to tell their story of connection. The duration should be 4 minutes each.

The organization has been around for decades and last year held the festival virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The festival is open to all and admission is free.
