Princeton Schools Staring Hybrid Learning In October
Parents who have yet to select their learning model for their students are urged to do so immediately.
PRINCETON, NJ — Although Princeton Public Schools began its school year with all-remote learning on Monday, the district plans to pivot to the hybrid model sometime in October.
However, many parents are yet to register their preference – whether they want their child to attend virtually or through hybrid option, said the district.
The school district is offering parents another chance at making their choice for October. If they haven’t signed up for the hybrid or all-remote option, they can do so now by following these instructions:

In a virtual meeting held on Aug. 18, the board of education decided to begin the school year with remote learning on Sep. 14. The hybrid model is scheduled to start October 12 for elementary school students, and October 19 for middle and high school students.
So far there are no changes to these dates. To prepare for reopening, the district has installed plexiglass dividers in school, and will be distributing personal protective equipment to teachers. The district said that most remodeling plans across its schools are complete.
