Residents Displaced By Apartment Fire In Princeton: Police
No one was injured in the fire, which was the result of a cooking accident.

PRINCETON, NJ — Residents of two apartments were displaced by a fire at Redding Circle in Princeton earlier this week, police said. No one was injured as a result of the fire. A preliminary investigation determined the fire was the result of a cooking accident, and was deemed not suspicious by Princeton Fire Inspector David San Martin.
Princeton police responded to the scene of the fire at 61 Redding Circle at about 8:45 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 13. Upon arrival, police saw smoke coming from the second floor bedroom windows. Police helped to safely evacuate the building, while firefighters extinguished the blaze.
Firefighters from Princeton, Lawrenceville, Kingston and Plainsboro battled the fire. Princeton First Aid and Rescue also responded to the scene as a precaution.

Residents at 61 and 62 Redding Circle were displaced as a result of the fire. The resident at 62 Redding Circle stayed with a friend, while the Princeton Board of Housing assisted the resident at 61 Redding Circle.
