Road Closed For Construction In Princeton: Police

PRINCETON, NJ — Riverside Drive is now closed to through traffic between Nassau Street and Prospect Avenue, Princeton police said late Thursday morning. Roadwork is taking place in the area, and the contractor was trying to complete it with an alternating pattern in place. However, the contractor has determined that the road must now be closed completely.

Residents of Sturges Way should access their homes via the Prospect/Riverside intersection as there will be an impassable trench across the road between Sturges Way and Nassau Street on Riverside Drive. Work was scheduled to continue through 4 p.m.
