Alexander Street Reopens After Bridge Repair Work In Princeton

The road reopened Sunday morning.

PRINCETON, NJ — Alexander Street reopened Sunday morning after New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) work to repair a bridge concluded sooner than expected, according to the Princeton Police Department.

The road closed at 7 p.m. Friday night, and was expected to remain closed through 7 p.m. on Sunday. However, worked ended earlier than expected. The detour is no longer in place.
