PRINCETON, NJ — Lots of road work is expected this week in Princeton. The Princeton Police released a list at what roads will be impacted and when.
Tuesday:
- Paving - Hamilton and Deerpath
- Gas company work Nassau Street between Snowden and Harrison (day and night time)
- Alexander Street, alternating traffic near the canal from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Mount Lucas Road closed between Terhune and Valley Road from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

- Paving - Franklin and Snowden
- Gas company work Nassau Street between Snowden and Harrison (day and night time)
- Alexander Street, alternating traffic near the canal from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Mount Lucas Road closed between Terhune and Valley Road from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Thursday
- Milling – Hawthorne, Grover/Leavitt, Dorann, Prospect (this should complete all of the milling operations)
- Gas company work Nassau Street between Snowden and Harrison Streets (day and night time)
- Alexander Street, alternating traffic near the canal from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Mount Lucas Road closed between Terhune and Valley Road from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Friday

- Paving (based on weather) Rollingmead, Harriett, Fisher, Stanley
- Gas company work Nassau Street between Snowden and Harrison Streets. (day and night time)
- Mount Lucas Rd closed between Terhune and Valley Road from 9 .m. to 3 p.m.
- Alexander Street alternating traffic near the canal from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday
- Paving (based on weather) Grover/Leavitt, Tee-Ar, Erdman, Dorann, Hawthorne, Prospect
- There may be a total closure of Alexander Street depending on work progress.
The Princeton Half Marathon will also be held Sunday at 7 am and there will be road closures in place for the race. A course map will be released later this week by police.
