Emergency Repairs On Route 206 In Princeton Thursday: Police

PRINCETON, NJ — Emergency repairs are needed on Route 206 in Princeton after a utility pole was hit in an early morning accident, according to police. Repair work will take place between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.

During work, traffic will alternate on Route 206 from Ewing Street to Herrontown Road, according to the Princeton Police Department.

Drivers should expect heavy delays in the area, and use Mount Lucas Road or Route 27 to River Road as an alternate route, police said.

The accident took place early Thursday morning, and resulted in Route 206 North being closed between Ewing Street and Herrontown Road for about an hour.
