A search is underway for a 28-year-old New Jersey man who went missing on a hike 9 days ago.
Alexander Stevens of Hopewell was last seen at the base of Wallface Mountain in the Newcomb, N.Y. area on Sept. 2. His vehicle has been located at the Upper Works Trailhead in Newcomb.
Stevens is described as 5 feet, 11 inches tall, 220 pounds, with blue eyes and long brown hair that he typically wears in a bun.

He was last seen wearing sandals, shorts and a dark blue T-shirt.
The New York State Police, in conjunction with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation,Forest Rangers and the Hopewell Police Department in New Jersey, are conducting the search
