Seasons 52 to Open Restaurant in Princeton

Fresh grill and wine bar Seasons 52 opens Oct. 30 at MarketFair in Princeton, and claims it will bring 100 jobs to the area.

“Seasons 52 is looking for professional, upbeat and friendly team members who can share our passion for fresh, creative cuisine while delivering an outstanding dining experience for guests,” Kerry Hennessy, the managing partner of Seasons 52 at MarketFair, said. “We’re excited to introduce Princeton to the seasonal dining experience and award-winning wine list at Seasons 52.”

The seasonally inspired menu and carefully curated wines at Seasons 52 highlight what’s in-season.

To feature ingredients at their peak, the menu changes four times per year and offers weekly Chef’s Suggestions. Menu selections include crisp signature flatbreads, cedar-plank roasted salmon, oak-grilled filet mignon and a range of Mini Indulgence desserts. Wines are chosen to complement the seasonal cuisine and feature more than 100 selections with 52 available by the glass.

Taking inspiration from the clean, horizontal lines of Frank Lloyd Wright’s architecture, the restaurant is accented with natural elements through water and fire features, autumn ledge stone and mahogany finishes. An exhibition kitchen showcasing rustic cooking techniques and a climate controlled wine chateau holding 2,000 bottles of wine round out the vibrant guest dining experience. The restaurant also will offer a Chef’s table and three private dining rooms for gatherings and events, as well as outdoor seating on the patio.

Seasons 52 will be prominently located at MarketFair at 3535 US Highway 1 in Princeton.
