Stark & Stark Presents Sexual Abuse Victim & Survivor Seminar
The local law firm is partnering with nonprofit Network of Victim Assistant and local law firm partner to offer support and advocacy.
The Yardley law firm of Stark & Stark is partnering with Bucks County, Pa., nonprofit organization Network of Victim Assistance (NOVA) to bring education, awareness, and support to abuse victims and their loved ones.
Stark & Stark and NOVA will present "Sexual Abuse Victim and Survivor Support & Advocacy," a complimentary webinar, on Thursday, Sept. 30, 2021, from 6-7 p.m.
The panel will discuss topics including sexual abuse claims and what is involved with related legal cases, the differences between criminal and civil cases, the rights of a sexual assault victim, the timeline of a sexual assault case, and additional resources available to victims.
