Theft Of Identity, Criminal Mischief: Princeton Police Blotter
A woman told police someone fraudulently purchased two iPhone and one iPad using her account.

PRINCETON, NJ — Princeton police blotter dated Jan. 30 contained the following reports:
On Jan. 23, a resident told police that a sign that she had placed into the ground near the entrance to Marquand Park on Lovers Lane was stolen between Jan. 14 and Jan. 22. The Detective Bureau is investigating.
On Jan. 24 at 11:11 a.m. a man reported that his iPhone was stolen from a restaurant on Palmer Square, sometime between 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Jan. 23. The Detective Bureau is investigating

On Jan. 25 a woman told police that she found the rear parking lot on Witherspoon Lane covered in graffiti writing which stated "love is everything" and some drawn hearts. The graffiti was drawn with pink spray paint and covered approximately 4 parking spots. She also reported hearing individuals on the roof around the same time. The Detective Bureau is investigating.
On Jan. 28, a woman told police someone had used her personal information to open an extra line on her cellular telephone account. The unknow actor(s) then used her account to attempt to purchase two Apple iPhone 14's in one transaction, and one Apple iPad Pro in a separate transaction. The fraudulent iPhone order was denied after the woman was notified by her provider, police said. However, the iPad Pro was scheduled to be delivered on this date. The total value of the fraudulent purchase was approximately $4,000. The woman did not suffer any monetary loss at this time. The Detective Bureau is investigating.
