Theft, Narcotics, Warrants Highlight Princeton Police Report

Princeton police release their activity report.

PRINCETON, NJ — The following information was provided by the Princeton Police Department. All incidents are merely accusations. Those accused are considered innocent until proven guilty.

James Milburne, 31, of Cherry Hill, was found to be driving on a suspended license following a traffic stop for tinted windows on the 600 block of Mercer Street at 7:48 p.m. on July 14. He also and had an active warrant in the amount of $3,500 out of Trenton Municipal Court. Milburn was arrested and taken to police headquarters, where he was processed, issued motor vehicle summonses with a pending court date and released on his own recognizance.

A total of $1,200 worth of copper tubing and fixtures was stolen from a worksite on the 200 block of Witherspoon Street between July 11 and July 14.

Natasha Frazier, 34, of Vineland, was arrested for having multiple warrants from the municipal courts of Mays Landing, Little Egg harbor, Northfield, and Vineland City totaling $2,869 following a traffic stop for failure to inspect on the 900 block of State Road at 7:17 a.m. on July 15. She was taken to police headquarters, where she was processed and subsequently released on her own recognizance.

Justin Dougherty, 27, of Hillsborough, was arrested for having multiple warrants from Jersey City Municipal Court totaling $5,500 after he was stopped for speeding on the 200 block of Witherspoon Street on July 15 at 9:36 a.m. He was taken to police headquarters, where he was processed, issued motor vehicle summonses with a pending court date and subsequently turned over to officers of the Jersey City Police Department.

Antonio Sweat, 32, of Trenton, was arrested for having warrants from the municipal courts of Hamilton Township and Trenton, in the amounts of $350 and $300 respectively, following a traffic stop for license plate and equipment violations on the 400 block of Mercer Street at 8:47 p.m. on July 16. He was taken to police headquarters, where he was processed, issued motor vehicle summonses with a pending court date and subsequently turned over to officers from Hamilton Township Police Department.

Kenneth Timmons, 39, of Maple Shade, was charged with possession of CDS crack cocaine and possession of CDS in a motor vehicle following a complaint for a suspicious person on the 300 block of Riverside Drive at 12:33 p.m. on July 16. He was taken to police headquarters, where he was processed, issued complaint summonses and released with a pending court date.

Rezargjend Dajti, 31, of Philadelphia, PA, was found to have a warrant out of Belmar Boro Municipal Court for $330 following a traffic stop for an overweight truck violation on the 500 block of Mercer Street at 8:11 a.m. on July 17. He was taken to police headquarters, where he was processed, issued motor vehicle summonses with a pending court date and released after posting his bail.

Angel Fuentes, 46, of Wilmington, DE, was arrested for having an active warrant out of Mickleton Municipal Court for $78 following a traffic stop for a seatbelt violation on the 400 block of Mercer Street on July 19 at 8:01 a.m. Fuentes was taken to police headquarters, where he was processed, issued a motor vehicle summons with a pending court date and released after posting his bail.
