Universal Rental Application Available For Princeton Affordable Housing Units
The single application eliminates the need for multiple rental applications.

PRINCETON, NJ — A universal rental application for all of Princeton Affordable Housing’s affordable rental units, as well as those managed through the Princeton Housing Authority, Princeton officials said on Friday.
“Having a single application and simplifying the process for applicants has been a goal for many years,” Princeton Mayor Liz Lempert said. “I’m thrilled to see us make progress in easing the bureaucracy for residents who need affordable housing.”
Previously, an applicant would fill out multiple affordable rental applications – one for each property. Now that can be done with just one application. Once completed and submitted online, it will be emailed to each affordable housing office in which the tenant is interested.
