Unlawful Use of Credit Cards, Theft: Princeton Police Blotter
The owner of a red BMW filled $40 worth of gas and fled a local gas station without paying, police said.

PRINCETON, NJ — Princeton Police blotter dated Feb. 28 contains the following reports:
On Feb. 19, at 7:30 p.m. a woman reported that an unknown man took her wallet from her purse while she was eating at an establishment on Nassau Street. Several of the victim’s credit cards were then fraudulently used at stores in the area. The Detective Bureau is investigating.
On Feb. 20 at 12:58 p.m. the owner of an establishment on Nassau Street reported that an unknown person requested $40 worth of gas to fill his Red BMW X5. Once the gas was pumped by the attendant, the man fled the area without paying. The Detective Bureau is investigating.

On Feb. 23, at 2:45 p.m. a man told police that his wallet was stolen from his mother's vehicle sometime between 4 a.m. on Feb. 20 and 12:30 a.m. on Feb. 21. The Detective Bureau is investigating.
On Feb. 25, subsequent to a one-car crash investigation, the driver, a PA resident, was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated, hindering his own apprehension and being under the influence of CDS. The 32-year-old man was also found to be a NCIC-wanted person out of Bucks County, PA. He was transported to police headquarters where he was processed, charged accordingly and later transported to the Mercer County Correctional Facility.
