Unlocked Bentley Bentayga Stolen From Princeton Driveway

PRINCETON, NJ — An unlocked luxury vehicle was stolen from a Princeton driveway recently.

The Clove Lane resident called 911 on March 1 at 8:32 p.m. to report that their Bentley Bentayga and its contents, valued at $261,835 in total, was stolen from their driveway moments before the call.

The vehicle was entered as stolen and has not yet been recovered. The vehicle was reportedly left unlocked, Princeton Police report.

On March 1 at 10:26 a.m.: Patrols responded to multiple 911 calls regarding a shoplifting in progress in the 300 block of N. Harrison St. and a subsequent disturbance involving two juveniles. Upon patrol arrival, a 15-year-old boy was placed under arrest for aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose, lewdness and shoplifting. A 17-year-old boy also fled the scene.

On March 2 at 9:44 a.m.: A Moore Street resident reported that a Verizon Wireless account had been fraudulently been opened in their name. The victim stated that they were unaware of the identity theft until a collections agency advised them that they owed the company $1,348.
