2 Attempted Burglaries Reported At Ramsey Housing Development: Police

First floor windows were pried open with a tool at both locations.

RAMSEY, N.J. - There have been two attempted burglaries in the past week at a housing development off of Chestnut Ridge Road, police said.

First floor windows were pried open in each instance and both times burglar alarms sounded, deterring entry into the homes, police said.

Police encourage residents to talk to each other about these attempted burglaries and discuss ways to secure their homes and neighborhoods.
