4 Ramsey Pool Commissioners Resign, Cite Lack Of Transparency: Report
The resignations claim the borough is not being transparent with its plan for a $2 million community-senior center at the pool property.

RAMSEY, NJ — Four of the borough's seven pool commissioners resigned from their positions this week in protest of what they say is a lack of transparency from the borough regarding a $2 million senior and community center at the pool property.
Jenn Lessieu, Nick Capuano, Greg Laurite and Dave Marchisin opposed the project, saying it would hurt membership, NorthJersey.com reported.
Lessieu said in a letter to the borough Tuesday that the Borough Council and Mayor Deirdre Dillon tried to undermine the commission's authority, according to the report.
