Joseph Sarkar Named Branch Vice President Of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage In Ramsey/Upper Saddle River

RAMSEY, N.J. - (Sept. 8, 2015) – Hal Maxwell, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, N.Y., is pleased to announce that Joseph Sarkar has been named branch vice president of the company’s Ramsey/Upper Saddle River office. Sarkar will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and oversight of approximately 50 affiliated sales associates and teams serving communities in Bergen, Hudson, Passaic and Rockland counties.

Sarkar joins the management team of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage with 11 years of distinguished sales experience. He began his real estate career in 2005 with Terrie O’Connor Realtors and was named Rookie of the Year by the RealSource Association of Realtors. Sarkar earned the NJAR Circle of Excellence Sales Award from New Jersey Realtors in 2010, 2013 and 2014 at the Bronze Level.

Sarkar is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and served as a member of the NAR Young Professionals Network.
