Ramsey police reported that a black bear was spotted on Roandis Court Monday afternoon.The Ramsey Police Department sent out an advisory to residents shortly after 12:30 p.m. asking residents to let the bear continue on its way.The state Division of Fish and Wildlife <a href="http://www.state.nj.us/dep/fgw/bearfacts_safetytips.htm" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">states that residents should never approach or feed</a> a bear nor should they run from one.
