Ramsey Schools Closed Until Further Notice

All five schools in the Ramsey School district are closed Wednesday, and for the foreseeable future. The district posted notice on its website Tuesday evening saying the district would be closed “until roads are passable and power is restored.”

All programs associated with the schools – including childcare, athletics, evening activities and adult school programs – are also canceled until further notice is given by the district.

Wednesday marks the third consecutive day schools in the borough have been canceled due to Hurricane Sandy.
