Ramsey Students Create Bowls To Fight Hunger
Students in Danielle Kotopoulis' art class created bowls they are going to sell and donate the proceeds to hunger-fighting organizations.
RAMSEY, NJ — A group of Ramsey High School students used their creative talents to fight hunger.
Students in a advanced ceramics class participated in the Empty Bowls Project, an international campaign designed to fight worldwide hunger through the arts.
Students in Danielle Kotopoulis' advanced ceramics class made bowls for the project that they will sell at an art show next month. Proceeds will be donated to Action Against Hunger, an international organization that helps feed nearly 15 million people annually.

The bowls will be sold at the Ramsey School District Art Show for $20 each.
The art show will be in the high school's Mitchell Gymnasium May 9 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. and May 10 from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
