Why Do More Than Half of Americans Have Chronic Illnesses?
The human body was designed to be healthy and not chronically ill.

The explanation as to why over half of Americans are chronically ill isn't a difficult one.
The reason can be summed up by the fact that there are many excesses and there are many deficiencies that humans experience.
Some of the excesses include sitting too much. others include consuming too much sugar, artificial sweeteners, junk foods and processed foods. Many are being exposed to way too many toxins, stresses, physical traumas and repetitive trauma disorders, which include bending the neck in flexion for prolonged periods of time to look at smartphones.

Americans spend more than 17% of the annual gross domestic product on health care costs, equating to over $9,500.00 per person. We take so many drugs and we spend so much money on healthcare that you would think that we would achieve better results.

Over half of U.S. citizens suffer from chronic illness. Infants are born with at least one strike against them. They are born chock full of toxins that can already be found in their bloodstream. Our adults are sicker and more economically disadvantaged than 10 other developed countries.
With rising costs predicted for the coming decade, having access to a health care system that is designed to manage disease may not be the answer. Preventive strategies can reduce your potential for disease and your costs.
These chronic disease can many times lead to disability. The many can take care of the few, but the few can't take care of the many.
The solution is a simple one, as I outlined above. After all, it is common sense, but since so few are doing those simple and obvious things, it should be renamed "uncommon sense".
