• More Pharma Layoffs as BMS and J&J Cut 352 Jobs (njbmagazine.com) — Johnson & Johnson has already cut 86 New Jersey jobs this year, including positions in Raritan, and now plans another 87 layoffs in New Brunswick in December, while Bristol Myers Squibb will shed 265 roles in Princeton. For Raritan residents, these reductions at major nearby pharma employers signal ongoing instability in the sector and contribute to more than 1,000 announced statewide layoffs just this month.
