RED BANK, NJ — Insomnia Cookies is set to host a grand opening celebration for its first Monmouth County location this weekend.
Located in Red Bank, the late-night bakery known for serving cookies until the early morning hours officially opened its doors to customers on September 1.
Following the shop's soft opening earlier in the month, the bakery will host an all-day Grand Opening on Saturday to mark its first Monmouth County store, featuring freebies, treats and more.
From 12 p.m. to 3 a.m. on Saturday, those who visit the new bakery and sign up for Insomnia Rewards will receive one free classic cookie, no purchase required, for in-store and delivery orders.
Insomniacs can also receive free delivery with the code REDBANK starting on Saturday at 12 p.m. through Monday, September 28, at 1 a.m.
"Located at 74 Broad St., the new bakery brings Insomnia Cookies' signature warm cookies, decadent desserts and late-night delivery to the Red Bank community," store officials said.
At their new Red Bank shop, in-store ordering, pickup and local delivery will be available for customers to choose from.
The menu ranges from fresh-baked cookies to cookies IN ice cream, brownies, blondies, brookies, cookie cakes, vegan options and a rotating lineup of limited-time flavors.
According to store officials, the new bakery aims to give residents, workers and visitors another way to satisfy their cookie cravings in-store or through Insomnia's late-night delivery.
