Red Bank Man Broke Into Home, Exposed Himself To Child, Prosecutor Says (patch.com) β Red Bank readers are being alerted that a 23-year-old borough resident has been charged after allegedly entering a Little Silver home, partially nude, and exposing himself in a child's bedroom before being restrained by the homeowner. Prosecutors say he faces burglary, child endangerment and lewdness charges, remains in custody pending a detention hearing, and investigators are seeking information from anyone who may know more about his activities.

2. 140+ Acts Set to Take the Stage as Red Bank Porchfest Returns Oct. 3 (tapinto.net) β Red Bank residents can enjoy a free, town-wide PorchFest this Saturday, Oct. 3, from noon to 6 p.m., featuring more than 140 local acts performing on porches across the borough. If rain hits, everything shifts to Sunday, Oct. 4, same hours. You can still sign up as a musician, porch host, or volunteer through the event website.

Red Bank gym says 'I do' after nor'easter nearly ruins couple's wedding (news12.com) β A Red Bank fitness club, Life Time MiddletownβRed Bank, rescued a local couple's wedding after a nor'easter made their outdoor venue unusable just a day before the ceremony. Staff quickly transformed the club's lounge into a full wedding space, allowing the Highlands couple to celebrate with their guests and leaving the bride deeply grateful for the support of her Red Bank workplace community.

County honors RBR's Dr. Louis Moore for selection as Superintendent of the Year (themonmouthjournaleastern.com) β Red Bank Regional High School Superintendent Dr. Louis Moore has been named Monmouth County's 2026β27 Superintendent of the Year, earning formal recognition from the County Commissioners. Moore, appointed in 2016, oversees a district of about 1,300 students. The high school, based in Little Silver, serves teens from Red Bank, Little Silver, and Shrewsbury, so his leadership directly shapes local classrooms and programs.

UMC Appoints Bob Peterson as Interim President & CEO (citybiz.co) β United Methodist Communities, which operates The Wesleyan senior residence in Red Bank, has appointed Bob Peterson as interim President and CEO following Mark Lenhard's resignation.
