Sometimes we need a little help and just don't know where to start. We are bombarded with information about what to eat or not to eat. If you want to learn the basics of good nutrition, this workshop is for YOU!
We'll talk about fruits, veggies, whole grains and legumes, discuss good fats vs. bad fats, and sources of protein. You will leave with a clear understanding of how to make healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner choices. Most importantly, we will figure out ways that you can fit these foods into your busy life!
