FREE Raw Foods Class

Have you heard of the Raw Food movement? A raw diet consists of unprocessed, raw plant foods that haven’t been heated above 118 degrees, the belief that doing so destroys the nutrients and enzymes in the food. Many people “go raw” for a number of reasons, from weight loss to achieving higher energy levels to detoxing or just for overall health. Come learn more with local raw foods expert Abby Cahn Anton as she demonstrates how to prepare some of her favorite raw dishes for you.

In Abby’s next class, she’ll show you her version of Raw Mock Baked Beans and her famous Raw Mock Potato Salad - you won’t believe there are NO beans and NO potatoes involved, how does she do it? You’ll have to attend to find out!
