"Germany, Europe and the USA: Where do we go from here?" – an Interactive Discussion with former US Ambassador to Germany, Middletown Resident Phil Murphy

The non-profit German School of Monmouth County (GSMC), http://www.germanschoolmc.org, presented an interactive discussion on US-German relations with Middletown resident and former US Ambassador to Germany Phil Murphy at the Two River Theater Company on Tuesday March 4th.  Mr. Murphy discussed the current US-German relationship, the challenges of US national security, and the importance of youth cultural exchange to foster stronger ties among all nations.  Donations at the evening support the School's extensive German language multi-media lending library that complements its German language classes for toddlers, K-12 and adults and year-round cultural events. Open enrollment classes and the library are located at the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, 112 Middletown Road, Holmdel NJ.
