Got The Crunchies? Salad House Opens In Red Bank

RED BANK, NJ — Salad House has opened its newest location in Red Bank, the ninth location in New Jersey and the first in Monmouth County.

The new location at 130 Broad St. is owned and operated by Phil Kaiser, who was born and raised in Monmouth County, according to the company. Kaiser was an executive chef in Manhattan for 10 years.

Now he says he is looking forward to serving delicious and wholesome food to the Red Bank community. And being "customizable" seems to set it apart, according to the company.

“The Salad House is committed to providing customers with a level of customizability that is unique to the fast-casual space,” said Kaiser. “Our menu has a wide variety of healthy lifestyle menu items, so that our customers will always be able to find something that satisfies their appetite.”

There will be a grand opening party at Salad House from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, according to the company.

Founded in 2011 and franchising since 2017, Salad House is a health-conscious fast-casual restaurant that serves made-to-order, custom salad creations.

Salad House has menu items including vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free. There are cauliflower bites, a freshly chopped create-your-own salad, a signature grain bowl, sandwiches — and even fries, the company says.

There are kid-friendly selections, from chicken fingers to quesadillas.

Development Jerry Eicke.

“We are eager to see him share our delicious salads and other healthy lifestyle menu offerings with the people of Red Bank and beyond.”

In addition to its various salad menu items, Salad House also offers grain bowls, sandwiches, wraps, soups, appetizers, smoothies and a catering menu.

The company said several more Salad House locations are under construction and even more in development.
