Lincroft, NJ – August 18, 2026 – Kluger Healey, LLC is pleased to announce that Jillian Stein has been named a Partner of the management-side employment law firm which has offices in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. Jillian joined Kluger Healey in 2017 as Of Counsel. For the past 9 years, she has focused her practice in the areas of employment and other civil litigation, concentrating on the defense of discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and wrongful discharge claims.
“Jillian has been a valuable asset to the company over the past nine years,” said William H. Healey, co-founding partner. “This appointment is a confirmation of our confidence in her skills.”
Before joining Kluger Healey, Jillian worked at an AmLaw 200 New Jersey law firm, where she handled internal and government investigations, and corporate compliance, relating to issues arising under the federal anti-kickback statute, the False Claims Act, the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, and the Sherman Act.

Jillian is currently a member of the Board of the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association and was appointed as Gala Co-Chair for the 2025-2027 term for NJWLA’s Women's Initiative & Leaders in the Law (WILL) Platinum Gala. Previously she served on the Judicial Outreach Committee and was the co-director of the Solo and Small Firm Committee. She also previously served on the 2012 and 2013 Annual Meeting Program Book Committee for the National Association of Women Lawyers.

Jillian was selected as a New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Star by Thomson Reuters from 2017-2022. She graduated from the University of Michigan with Honors and received her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, Cum Laude, where she was the Senior Articles Editor of Law Review. She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
