KKK Fliers With King's Photo Tossed On Red Bank Lawns: Report
The fliers had Ku Klux Klan wording and a website on them, according to the report.

RED BANK, NJ -- Police are investigating after purported Klu Klux Klan fliers with photos of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. were found tossed on the lawns of a number of homes in Red Bank and Fair Haven on Monday, according to a report.
The Asbury Park Press reported Red Bank Police Chief Darren McConnell told them the department received “numerous calls’’ from residents about apparent white supremacist fliers they discovered on their front lawns.
The report said the fliers have a photograph of King with the letters “KKK’’ and the words, “Smash Communism,’’ on either side of his picture. The text on the fliers disparages the slain, African American civil rights leader. They also had a website listed, KKKKnights.com, and a purported phone number for a “Klan Hotline.’’

“People were very upset by it,’’ McConnell told the Press. “They were discouraged by the message that was put on them. Obviously it was done on this day in particular because (the fliers) had remarks about Dr. King.’’
