Luxury Apartments Set To Open In Red Bank Next Year

The Rail is a 57-unit luxury apartment building featuring a fitness center, game room and two amenity decks. It's set to open in 2021.

RED BANK, NJ - A brand-new luxury apartment complex is coming to Red Bank, featuring lush amenities including a fitness center, two roof decks and in-unit laundry service. The site began construction in 2019 and is expected to start leasing to tenants next year.

Dubbed “The Rail”, the 154,000-square-foot complex is set to house 57 luxury units, a two-level parking garage and 6,000 square feet of retail on the ground level. The site will be accessible by train and will be located next to the Red Bank train station at 118 Chestnut St.

Residents will be able to enjoy two amenity decks, a fitness center, yoga studio, club room, bike storage, a dog wash station and a game room. Each unit will tout stainless steel appliances, wood flooring, tile bathrooms, quartz/granite countertops, in-unit washers and dryers, and heating/cooling systems.

Denholtz Properties recently received the $17.5 million financing bid from JLL Capital Markets to build the housing units, according to TAPinto Red Bank.

“By positioning ourselves in the heart of one of New Jersey’s most desirable and dynamic towns next to our most significant real estate project in recent history, The Rail @ Red Bank, we are establishing our roots in Red Bank and look towards playing an active role in the town’s ongoing transformation.”
