Middlesex County Bar Association Honors Lindabury’s Steven L. Fox

Steven L. Fox, a partner with Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper, P.C., received the Robert J. Cirafesi Chancery Practice Award for his outstanding contributions to the practice area and his continued support and involvement in The Middlesex County Bar Association’s activities. The award was presented at The Middlesex County Bar Association’s 14th Annual Practice Area Awards Dinner at Pines Manor in Edison, NJ.

The Robert J. Cirafesi Chancery Practice Award, named after a longtime distinguished member and former chairman of the Association’s Chancery Practice Committee, has been presented annually for the past decade to a general equity practitioner who exemplifies those principles by which Mr. Cirafesi practiced law: careful and detailed client representation; attempting to resolve issues on a fair and reasonable basis both before and during litigation; fostering respect and courtesy for the bench and fellow members of the Bar; and maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

Mr. Fox is an accomplished New Jersey trial attorney with extensive experience in providing advice and, when necessary, representing clients in litigated matters at both the trial and appellate levels. He concentrates his practice on commercial disputes with a particular focus on providing advice and counsel to management in the area of employment law. Admitted to the New Jersey State and Federal Courts, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, as well as in the State Courts of New York, and the courts in District of Columbia, Mr. Fox holds a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. Mr. Fox received board certification as a New Jersey Civil Trial Attorney more than 15 years ago.
