New QuickChek Store With Gas Station Opening In Shrewsbury

SHREWSBURY, NJ — A new QuickChek plus a gas station will open later this month in what was formerly a vacant office building on Shrewsbury Avenue in Shrewsbury.

The QuickChek/gas station will be located at 581 Shrewsbury Avenue in Shrewsbury and it will officially open next Tuesday, September 24. Verizon used to have an office there.

The new store will be open 24 hours a day and will have WiFi and indoor and outdoor seating.

New Jersey State Senator Vin Gopal and Shrewsbury Mayor Erik Anderson will be at the store next Monday, Sept. 23 at 4 p.m. for the ribbon cutting. It opens the next day.

Grand opening promotions include free QuickChek hot or iced coffee offered to all patrons from September 24-October 6, plus all 6-inch QuickChek subs are just $3 and all 12-inch QuickChek subs are just $6 from September 24-October 6. All QuickChek smoothies and Espresso bar drinks are $2 and empanadas are 2 for $3 from September 24-October 6.

QuickChek will donate 25 cents for every sub, sandwich and wrap sold in the store from September 24-October 23 to the Shrewsbury Youth Athletic Association.
