Painting Figures in a Landscape



A special one day, 3hr class
focused on exploring techniques for painting figures where they appear as part
of the landscape. These specific techniques will help you to understand how to
simplify shapes and not shy away from adding people to you paintings. Ken will
present a lot of information in this class with the focus being helping you to
improve your paintings.



Students will be provided with charts and
reference studies.

Fee:$45 plus materials;
Also $10 payable to Ken for color charts and reference studies (which you will
keep).

Required
supplies:



Specific colors are required - Holbein or
equivalent - Payne’s Grey, Burnt Umber, Hookers Green, Sap Green, French
Ultramarine Blue, Alizaren Crimson.

Paper
- Arches or equivalent cold press 140 or 300lb.
