RBR Presents Anything Goes on March 26 to 29

Anything Goes is the age-old tale of boy-meets girl with ensuing complications!

The Academy of Visual & Performing Arts (VPA) and the Red Bank Regional (RBR) Theatre Company will present Cole Porter’s timeless musical comedy Anything Goes during the last weekend in March at the RBR Theatre located at 101 Ridge Road in Little Silver. Performances will take place on Thursday, March 26, Friday, March 27, and Saturday, March 28, at 7 pm and 3 pm on Sunday, March 29. Tickets are $10 for senior citizens and students and $15 for adults. There is no charge for RBR students. Cole Porter’s famous musical score endures for the ages with such favorite songs as “You’re the Top”, “I Get a Kick Out of You” and the signature song, “Anything Goes”

This production marks the last in a distinguished career for retiring RBR drama teacher, and production director Joe Russo.

He states of his final RBR production, “Anything Goes is one of my favorite shows. Cole Porter’s music is wonderful and features great characters and comedy. It’s just fun.”

He adds, “It has been my privilege to work with wonderful students, staff and parents for 32 years.”
