RBR VPA Students to Appear in The Sound of Music

Six members of RBR's VPA will perform in the upcoming Phoenix production of Roger & Hammerstein's famed Sound of Music at the Count Basie.

Six members of Red Bank Regional’s (RBR) Visual & Performing Arts Academy (VPA will perform in the upcoming Phoenix production of Roger & Hammerstein’s famed Sound of Music. Lead roles were procured by Eliana Swartz, Little Silver, who portrays Liesl and Bobby Davis, Shrewsbury, who plays Rolf. Jaclyn Gisondi, Shrewsbury, Dana Brown, Union Beach, and Victoria Aumack, Union Beach, and Jillian Lamanno, Little Silver, are all members of the production ensemble. The Sound of Music will debut on Friday, September 12, and plays through September 14. All performances are at 8 pm with Sunday matinees at 2 pm.

The RBR VPA has been educating students in the visual and performing arts for over 30 years. Many VPA students have achieved high academic and performance success and have gone on to attend prestigious performing arts programs at major universities throughout the United States.
