Red Bank Public Schools Add School Day To 2025-26 Calendar
The calendar change comes after a historic blizzard slammed New Jersey, leading to snow days across the state.
RED BANK, NJ — In order to meet state requirements, the Red Bank Borough Public School District will be adding one school day to the 2025-26 calendar, the district recently announced.
In an online post, the district said it will be adding a school day to meet New Jersey’s 180 school day requirement, which requires schools to be in session for at least 180 days to receive state aid.

- Friday, June 19, 2026
- Minimum school day (students and staff)
- The last day of the 2025-26 school year
- (Updated) Tuesday, June 16, 2026
- Eighth-grade graduation at 6 p.m.
If an additional day is needed, district officials said it will be a full day for students and staff on April 2, 2026, and a minimum school day for students and staff on April 3, 2026.
