Red Bank Rite Aid To Change To Walgreens
Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc., purchased a total of 1,932 Rite Aid stores across the country; they also plan to close up to 750 stores.

RED BANK, NJ — Ninety Rite Aid stores across New Jersey will change to Walgreens soon, and one of those locations is in Red Bank: The Rite Aid at 140 Water Street.
Two nearby Middletown Rite Aids will also become Walgreens.
An exact timeline as to when was not provided; the complete transition of all 90 New Jersey stores to Walgreens is expected to take up to three years, according to Rite Aid.

Walgreens' parent company, Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc., purchased a total of 1,932 Rite Aid stores across the country. The purchase price was $4.375 billion. Walgreens initially planned to close up of those 600 Rite Aids but that number soon grew to 750, executives said earlier this year. It remains unknown at this time which Rite Aids will be shut down.
Rite Aid said that any prescriptions or health care accounts will not change as a result of the conversion. Here are all the local Rite Aids that will become Walgreens:
