Report Shows Harvey Weinstein Eating Ice Cream – In Red Bank

TMZ spotted accused sex predator and movie mogul Harvey Weinstein eating ice cream in New Jersey.

RED BANK – Maybe we should move to another seat.

Imagine visiting Red Bank during the holiday season and seeing accused sex predator and movie mogul Harvey Weinstein eating ice cream nearby? That's what TMZ discovered, saying he was at the Molly Pitcher Inn on Saturday "looking low-key in a grey hoodie. He sat alone, eating not one but two ice cream sundaes as he perused some paperwork."

Here is the story – and the photo:

It was one of several strange appearances since Weinstein, as well as the dozens of people who accused him of sexual misconduct, recently reached a tentative $25 million deal that does not require the disgraced Hollywood producer to admit to wrongdoing or pay any cash out of pocket, The New York Times reported.

The proposed settlement was approved by Weinstein's bankrupt studio and more than 30 actresses and former employees who accused the mogul of sexual harassment and rape, lawyers told the Times early in December.

Two months ago, Weinstein showed up at a bar on the Lower East Side — and when women protested his presence, they were booed and thrown out, according to social media posts and videos from the women.

He was at an event dubbed the Actors Hour at the Downtime Bar NYC on the Lower East Side. Comedian Kelly Bachman called out the "elephant in the room," referencing Weinstein and the allegations that led to criminal charges against him following exposes in The New Yorker magazine and the New York Times in 2017.

"I didn't know that we had to bring our own mace and rape whistles to Actors Hour," Bachman said during her stand-up set. She was promptly booed and yelled at, according to a video posted by another comedian who attended, Amber Crollo.

"I was shocked to see (Weinstein) out, but not because I thought he would have shame. He is a sociopath and clearly has no shame," Crollo said in a series of Twitter posts . "I'm shocked because he was invited to an event put on by and for artists."

Another woman who attended the event, Zoe Stuckless, says she was kicked out after she confronted Weinstein.

"He (Weinstein) was sitting there, allowed to laugh and clap and drink and flirt and no one was saying anything," Stuckless wrote in a Facebook post. "The more I sat there the more furious I was at all of our inaction."
