Riverside Avenue Housing Concept In Red Bank Is Now Even Bigger
On Monday night, the developers of the former Visiting Nurses Association (VNA) building had changes to the original site plans approved.

RED BANK, NJ — The Red Bank planning board approved changes to an approved five-story apartment building on Riverside Avenue during the board meeting Monday evening.
Saxum Real Estate purchased the 2.4-acre property at 176 Riverside Avenue in 2018, which was previously occupied by the Visiting Nurses Association. In December 2019, the planning board approved the project, dubbed 176 Riverside Ave.
The initial plan in 2019 was to construct a five-story mixed-use structure with 210 residential apartments, including 9,000 sf of commercial space, according to planning board records.
